Terms of service.
DEPOSIT / CANCELLATIONS
A deposit is required at time of booking to secure your appointment. Deposits are NONREFUNDABLE! If cancellation is needed, I will need a 48 hour notice; Via email / via text message. At time of cancellation, your deposit will be transferrable for another appointment desired. If you do not cancel, within 48 hours your deposit will be kept. You will then have to reschedule and pay another deposit, based on services chosen. NO REFUNDS!!
PAYMENTS
All payments must be paid in full prior to appointment. Payments that are acceptable : cash app, zelle, paypal, or apple pay. If services are $50 or less, services are to be paid in full at time of scheduling.
LATE FEE
If for any reason client is late to allow entry, there will be a $15 late fee. The fee will allow up to 30 minutes to arrive at location . After 30 minutes the appointment will be cancelled. Client will then have to reschedule and pay full payment.
ACCESS
Sparkling Kleen must have access to location at scheduled time or instructions on how to enter. Someone can assist with entry if needed. The client must provide hot water and power usage. Kleen is not responsible for any triggered alarms.
COMPLAINTS
If there’s a complaint, it is required for client to notify Sparkling Kleen, within 24 hours after service completion. Complaint must be via email at sparkling_kleen@yahoo.com.
PETS
All pets should be put up or out doors before services are started.
DAMAGES
Sparkling Kleen is not responsible for any damages from wear and tear that may occur from products. We’re not responsible for stains or discoloration affected by products. All products are up to date for use. Only specific products thats described for use for certain items, material, interior or exterior will be used. This applies to client on their behalf if any damage occurs. All products will be brought to clients attention prior to services. Client is able to use their own products as well. All fragile and highly breakable items must be secured before services. SK is not responsible for items such as cash, sentimental, value, art, antiques, or etc.
ALLERGIES
If client has any allergy to anything, please inform Sparkling Kleen of those allergies.Client must send allergy notice via email at least 48 hours prior to appointment.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Any additional services must be added on 24 hours prior to appointment. It gives Sparkling Kleen the ability to provide equipped products and materials for great service.
PHOTOS BEFORE / AFTER
Photos will be taken prior to services and afterwards for Sparkling Kleen purposes only. Client will receive photos of service as well. Photos will not give specifics to whom or where they represent. All photos are confidential.
COVID - 19 POLICY
All clients will be screened with a questionnaire and temperature check upon arrival. If you have tested positive in the last 14 days, proof of a negative test is mandatory. If client or anyone around them have had any symptoms in the last 48 hours, client will need to reschedule or cancel. Sparkling Kleen has the right to cancel any services if they suspect any covid symptoms for safety measures. If SK cancels on behalf of covid client there will not be any refunds. Sparkling Kleen employees gets tested regularly due to different environments. All screenings are confidential and provides safety to clients and themselves.
